Returns/Store Credit 

We accept returns for store credit of unworn full price items with tags attached within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return/store credit please email returns@lovelindsey.com

To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shoes must be returned with original box.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.  Marked down or sale items are also final sale. 

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards  

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to our shipping warehouse until email confirmation and next steps have been confirmed.


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit, unfortunately sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.


Shipping
Once you have return authorization (required for all returns/exchanges), you should mail your product to us via the address provided in our email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
